R. Murphy Knives have been handcrafting the finest American-made knives out of Massachusetts since 1850. Born out of creating surgical instruments, they later expanded into cutlery, and eventually a broad range of specialty and sportsmen blades.
Their oyster knife was name “Best Oyster Knife” by America’s Test Kitchen and featured in Cook’s Illustrated magazine. Here’s what they said:
