When Hertling was relaunched in 2016 by Justin Christensen, he continued with the founder’s vision of creating the finest dress trousers in America. Harnessing the 93 years of craftsmanship and pulling from his experience at Ralph Lauren and Brioni, Hertling re-imagined how to excel in small batch craftsmanship. Under its new leadership, Hertling has transformed dated full bodied styles into modern silhouettes and three core fits. As the trousers took a new form, Hertling sought the advice of master tailor Eric Jensen to continue elevating and evaluating both design and construction.
To celebrate the evolution of Hertling’s style these past few years, the Holiday Collection offers truly customizable trousers in our two most popular fits.
“We started by focusing on our assessment of what a clean and elegant trouser is. I want anyone who tries on our trousers to immediately delight in the fabric and comfort. they should feel elevated when they look in the mirror.”
